Never-ending contribution, SBM ITB through The Greater Hub has held coaching clinics for Small Medium Enterprises (SME). The program which is held two times a year, aims to help SMEs to find out their root business problems.

Director of The Greater Hub Dr. Dina Dellyana stated, by knowing the problems, the SMEs could develop their business. “Although it is not easy to conduct coaching clinics during the pandemic, we are still committed to helping the SMEs,” said Dina.

The program was soft-launched on Friday,(05/02/2021) and followed by SMEs in West Java. The coaches themselves are MBA students under the supervision of the director of the incubator and MBA lecturers with expertise in operation, marketing, finance, and human resources.

SMEs that wish to join this program should register themselves through a website. Then, pick a date for coaching before they will finally meet their coaches.

There are some advantages for SMEs who join this program. The SMEs could improve their managerial skills in various fields such as marketing, financial management, operation, and human resources.

“They could also improve their branding ability and digital marketing to be implemented in their business,” Dina added.

Besides that, the SMEs could learn about the innovation process to develop a sustainable product. Then, they could understand the concepts and make planning for e-commerce business.

The Coaching clinic will run from 5 February 2021 to April 2021 for around 10 stamps of the coaching session. During coaching, the SMEs could determine the most suitable time for them to meet the coaches through the website already provided for that purpose.
