SBM ITB held ‘Sync the Green Mobius,’ an exhibition of new business ideas, part of the Ganesha Business Management Festival (GBF) at Cihampelas Walk Bandung Mall on Saturday-Sunday (11-12/ 5). This event has become the center of attention for students and visitors since it was opened by the Dean of SBM ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ignatius Pulung Nurprasetio, M.SME.

GBF, which was formed in 2021, is an initiative that aims to develop student creativity by integrating classroom learning with real-world applications. This year’s ‘Sync the Green Mobius exhibition displays over 60 innovative products from the Integrated Business Experience (IBE), Start-Up Business Practice (SBP), and Prototyping Business Practice courses, ranging from sustainable fashion to eco-friendly technology.

“The GBF Expo is not just an exhibition. It’s a platform that integrates insights from the academic world and business practices, sparking a passion for innovation and business. This is our commitment to creating a positive impact on the environment, society, and economy,” emphasized Prof. Pulung in his speech, aiming to inspire the audience with the potential of this event.

Naufal Makarim, the Chair of the Management Student Family Association (KMM), and Zakaria Khori Hermawan, the Chair of the Entrepreneurship Student Association (IMK) “Artha”, see this event as a beacon of hope. They believe it’s a crucial opportunity for students to develop impactful ideas, and they invite participants and visitors to join in, actively fostering social change through business innovation. This event is about showcasing ideas and personal growth and development.

The GBF Expo is expected to be a platform for SBM ITB students to show their potential in new ideas and as a concrete step in achieving common goals for the greater good, in line with the SBM ITB slogan, “For the greater good.” This event is open to the public and hopes to inspire similar ideas and initiatives, emphasizing the urgent need for societal impact through business innovation.
