Info Session

For you who are interested in Master’s and Doctoral Degree program, we highly suggest you to visit our routinely info session programs.

Walk-in Visit

You can meet our Marketing Communications team. During the visit, you’ll learn about everything, from the academic programs, student experience, our dynamic learning environment, to the admission process, followed by a Q&A session. This visit typically lasts 10 to 20 minutes.

Kindly visit our campuses on Monday – Friday, at 09 am – 03 pm (exclude Indonesian Public Holidays). However, if you’re coming in a group of more than 5 people, we suggest you apply for a group visit session.

High School Group Visits

Representatives from high schools are welcome to organize and oversee a group of participants for a visit and learn more about Bachelor program in SBM ITB Bandung Campus through a presentation session. Visit schedule is available in Monday – Thursday (exclude Indonesian Public Holidays) between 10 AM until 3 PM.

To schedule a high school group visit, please follow our guideline below.

  1. Send a formal letter/proposal by e-mail to info@sbm-itb.ac.id including: proposed schedule, number of participants, contact number of group leader
  2. The maximum group size we can accommodate is 200 participants. If your group has more than 200 participants, we recommend registering for multiple times/dates
  3. Request must be received two weeks prior to the schedule
  4. You will receive a response upon your request by email within 1-3 business days
  5. After you receive the response, you can correspond by e-mail or phone to confirm your attendance
  6. Due to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, every guest who plans to visit the SBM ITB campus is required to listen and comply with the health protocols during the visit in the SBM ITB campus area, that shown in this video.

Group Visits

Representatives from universities or community-based organizations are welcome to organize and oversee a group of participants for a visit. To schedule a group visit, please follow our guideline below.

  1. Send a formal letter/proposal by e-mail to info@sbm-itb.ac.id including: goals of the activity, proposed schedule, number of participants, contact number of group leader
  2. The maximum group size we can accommodate is 20 participants. If your group has more than 20 participants, we recommend registering for multiple times/dates
  3. Request must be received two weeks prior to the schedule
  4. Request approval depends on room availability and speakers
  5. You will receive a response upon your request by email within 1-3 business days
  6. After you receive the response, you must send the signed confirmation form back at least 3 days before the proposed schedule

FROM JAKARTA
International flight to Jakarta land at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which is located in Tangerang, 20 km west of Jakarta. Then, to reach Bandung, you can pick either train or shuttle bus.

By train from the airport: Go to Terminal 3, ride commuter rail to Sudirman Baru (BNI City) station. Then, ride TransJakarta (ride Pulogadung 1 (Koridor 2A) at Tosari ICBC bus stop and get off at Gambir 2 bust stop) or ride-sharing transportation (Go-Jek, Grab) to Gambir Train Station. From there, ride train to Bandung Train Station.

WITHIN-CITY TRANSPORTATION

The best way to visit SBM ITB is via public transportation, or by utilizing a ride-share service. As an urban university, parking is limited. If you do choose to drive, please leave ample time for city traffic and navigating parking.

For public transportation (angkot):
Coming from:

  1. Dago bawah and around, ride Cisitu – Tegalega / Cicaheum – Ledeng
  2. Dago atas/Setiabudi, ride Sd. Serang – Caringin / Cicaheum – Ledeng
  3. Ask the driver to stop at Gerbang Belakang ITB Campus​​ (across Gerbang BATAN<strong>​

For online transportation:
There are several options of online transportation apps you can use, such as GO-JEK or GRAB. Choose to drop-off at School of Business and Management ITB.

Parking
Parking space is available at SABUGA front gate.

TO/FROM BANDUNG
International flights land at Husein Sastranegara International Airport, Bandung.
Using trains, choose the route to Bandung Train Station. Trains from this station can take you to Jakarta and major cities in the central and eastern regions of Java.

Bandung is Indonesia’s third-largest city, located 3-hour away by train from Jakarta. As a home for many prestigious universities, Bandung is well known as the nation’s center for learning, creativity, and technology.

For public transportation (TransJakarta):

  1. Ride on these route(s) :
    Ragunan – Dukuh Atas 2 (Koridor 6) or Ragunan – Monas (Koridor 6-1) or Pulogadung – Ragunan (Koridor 4-6)
  2. Get off at Patra Kuningan bus stop and find Graha Irama building just across the street

For online transportation:

FROM AIRPORT
After arriving at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the main international airport that connects Jakarta to other major cities in the world located in Tangerang, 20 km west of Jakarta, you can either ride commuter rail, taxi, or take ride-sharing options (Go-Jek, Grab) to reach the campus.

By commuter rail: Go to Terminal 3, ride commuter rail to Sudirman Baru (BNI City) station. Then, ride TransJakarta (ride Ragunan (Koridor 6A) at Tosari ICBC bus stop and get off at Patra Kuningan bust stop) or for an easier way, use ride-sharing transportation (Go-Jek, Grab) and choose to drop off at SBM ITB Jakarta Campus.
