The performance of SBM ITB alumni is evaluated based on various aspects, including leadership (influencing and listening), innovation (introducing breakthroughs), entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial mindset), and social awareness (empathy toward diverse cultural backgrounds). The Mini SBM program participants are on their way to developing the same competencies as other SBM ITB graduates.
Furthermore, the Mini SBM program offers additional benefits during and after participation. While enrolled in the program, participants will receive a monthly internet package worth IDR 100,000 to facilitate online learning. During the internship program at TACO Plant Cikando in Serang, participants will also receive a daily allowance of IDR 100,000 (Monday-Saturday).
After completing the program, SBM ITB will also monitor the career development of Mini SBM graduates for three years in the form of Human Capital Development, both in the form of workshops and other human resource training to support the career development of alumni.
So, participating in the Mini SBM program means you are getting a privilege. You hone your skills like an SBM ITB graduate for free and gain internship experience at a well-known company and get career development mentoring for the next three years.
