Every division within a company has faced exceptional challenges throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and the employee management segment is no exception, as seen at Tiket.com.
Throughout the pandemic, the People Team at Tiket.com made dedicated efforts to maintain a positive company culture, keep employees engaged and productive, and ensure that leadership remained visible. This was especially critical when employees were likely to experience heightened stress and anxiety in the face of the pandemic. It’s worth noting that this stress and anxiety have not completely dissipated even after the pandemic subsided.
Dudi Arisandi, Chief People Officer of Tiket.com, shared the company’s experience in managing its employees during the pandemic in a guest lecture on “Organizational Development and Learning Organizations” at SBM ITB on Wednesday (11/10). Dudi talked about “Building a Learning Organization” in the class.
Dudi Arisandi is a mathematician holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. However, he is widely recognized for his people-oriented approach. With over 20 years of experience, he has established himself as a human resources professional.
According to Dudi, Tiket.com has demonstrated its commitment to gender equality by maintaining a workforce comprising 38% female, with an average staff age of 29. The company’s adept employee management has garnered accolades, including the HR Asia Award, HR Excellence 2023 SWA x FEB UI, and a spot among the Top 5 Happiness Index Technology Companies by Revou in 2021.
During this session, Dudi also emphasized the importance of leadership support, clearly defined goals, sound decision-making, enhancing the employee experience through a holistic approach, continuous engagement initiatives to stay connected, digital HR transformation, and preparation for the recovery phase in an ever-evolving ecosystem. According to Dudi, employee experience and satisfaction are essential to a company.
“Therefore, we use various tools and transform to provide the best,” said Dudi.
