The partnership agreement was signed during the LSPR Graduation Ceremony 2024 at The Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Ballroom in Jakarta. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Ir. Ignatius Pulung Nurprasetio, M.SME, Dean of SBM ITB, and Dr. Andre Ikhsano, M.Si, Rector of LSPR Institute.
In the context of globalization and preparation for Indonesia’s Golden Generation in 2045, collaboration between higher education institutions is essential for producing graduates equipped to tackle future challenges. Through this partnership, LSPR Institute and SBM ITB aim to leverage their strengths to create added value for students and society.

LSPR Institute has made history by achieving an “A” accreditation from the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) for its Distance Learning Bachelor’s Program in Communication, becoming the first institution in Indonesia to reach this milestone. This recognition highlights LSPR Institute’s commitment to providing high-quality and innovative online education while meeting industry demands and offering flexible learning options. LSPR Institute has once again ranked among the top 50 in the WURI (World’s Universities with Real Impact), particularly in Entrepreneurial Spirit and Crisis Management. This recognition emphasizes LSPR Institute’s innovation in preparing students to tackle real-world challenges and foster entrepreneurial spirit. It is further supported by international recognition from the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) for its Public Relations and Digital Communication programs and its AACSB Business School membership, strengthening LSPR Institute’s position in its strategic collaboration with SBM ITB.
The strategic partnership between LSPR Institute and SBM ITB is expected to yield various benefits, including improving education quality through faculty exchanges, credit-earning programs, and student exchanges. The scope of cooperation between LSPR Institute and SBM ITB includes various areas such as guest lectures, campus visits, sharing sessions, community service, curriculum enhancement, research, credit-earning programs, and student exchanges.
