Master and Doctor of Science in Management Programs (MSM-DSM) of School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB) endeavours to contribute to business and management knowledge, as well as dissemination for stakeholders in the business, government, and society. We encourage teaching and research that provide value and significant impact on both literature and practices, with a broad scope in the business and management areas, at the policy, strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Our curriculum builds on core research skills with excellent support from laboratories, research centers, industrial and government partners throughout the learning process, thus providing guaranteed exposure to real-world phenomena, improving the quality of teaching and research, also expanding the network. Furthermore, opportunities to do dual-degree programs in some leading partner universities and various scholarship opportunities add to our programs’ competitiveness.
We offer individualized attention and services from the point students apply to the program, provide a study and research road map guide, and escort students to complete the program. Philosophical and Theoretical Understanding
Able to think conceptually, synthesize theories (conceptual and heuristic models) and make abstractions
Able to comprehend and describe state-of-the-art developments in business and management based on the latest research findings
Able to make theoretical and methodological contributions to the existing literature in business and management

Research Methodology
Evaluate and select appropriate approaches and methods (deductive, inductive, and abductive) to address research problems
Devise techniques and adapt existing research methods to examine new problems in business and management
Communication Skills
Able to effectively communicate orally in Indonesian or English ideas arising from research findings to audiences within and outside the academic community, at local, national or international levels

Follow the steps in DSM Admission page. It’s important for you to review entry requirements before submitting your application.
The application process can take up to 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year. Please ensure that your online application form is as complete as possible at the time of submission to avoid unnecessary delays, and ask your referees to be ready to submit a reference promptly.

Contact the SBM ITB admission office and ensure you have submitted all supporting documents. Lack of documents or imperfection of documents in the upload process can pose a risk of rejection from the Admission ITB system and this is entirely the responsibility of applicants. Selection participants must be registered online and complete all documents at ITB online application system
