With a curriculum that integrates business experience with research methodologies, DSM Professional Program equips leaders with the ability to critically analyze and contribute to management science while driving innovation and strategic decision-making. Graduates are prepared to become industry experts, executive consultants, and thought leaders bridging business practice with academic research.

Students engage in interdisciplinary research to explore complex challenges in management, strategy, and organizational behavior. With faculty mentorship, access to research centers, and opportunities for academic publication, graduates are well-prepared for careers in academia, research institutions, and policy-making organizations.

  • Master degree with research component
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in medium to high-level management roles
