Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, & Leadership (CIEL)

CIEL strive to develop Indonesian future leaders and entrepreneurs who exemplify value-based leadership and entrepreneurship that deliver results for organizations and the wider society.

Our methodology for developing our partners future leaders is through the combination of case study approach, experiential learning, as well as coaching with well-known leaders.

For example, in CIEL’s Leadership Development Program we equips high-potential managers/senior managers with the ethical leadership best practices and skills they need to be corporate future CEO’s. At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to identify the values and practices that exemplary business leaders employ, and the situations in which each of them is appropriate in the leadership process. Participants are also expected to demonstrate improved self-awareness, business acumen and ethics, communication and teamwork skills that can help each of them translate business strategy into effective action and results.
