- Dr. Harimukti Wandebori – Associate Professor in Business Strategy and Marketing, School of Business & Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He also serves as the Head of the Business Strategy and Marketing Research Group and has extensive experience as a senior consultant for PLN, PT BPI, and MRT.

Shaker Zahra is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Robert E. Buuck Chair at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Winner of the Global Entrepreneurship Research Award, his research studies entrepreneurship and new firm strategy in global technology and science industries, technology strategy by new firms vs. incumbents, the role of digital technology, and the emergence of new organizational forms in ecosystems. Widely published in leading academic journals, Zahra is among the most highly cited in field management. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, a Research Fellow in the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers, and several other organizations. He received the Academy of Management Entrepreneurship Division‘s award in recognition of his “creative and impactful contributions to entrepreneurship research.” His teaching has also received “Best Teacher of the Year” in the MBA and the Mentor Award from the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management for his work with doctoral students. At the University of Minnesota, Professor Zahra served as department chair, academic director of the Holmes Entrepreneurship Center, and co-founding director of the university-wide Center for Integrative Leadership. He served on multiple editorial boards in different capacities. His service and outreach contributions have received several awards. He has held several chaired visiting international positions. He has served in several academic leadership positions.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- Conference Paper:
- Please follow the ICMEM style guide (maximum: 5 pages). The paper should include: the title of the paper, the author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s), the lead author’s email address, a nominated track, abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, and references.
- Doctoral colloquium
- PhD students send a proposal that describe a summary of your PhD project, the stage you are at with your PhD project, and the motivation as for participating in the Doctoral Consortium
- Paper Development workshop (PDW)
- Authors are required to submit their papers following the format provided by the collaborated journals (Scopus-indexed and nationally accredited journals). Details will be communicated soon.
- Selection for the Paper Development Workshops (PDWs) will be competitive, with only 30 papers selected based on quality and alignment with the respective journals. Authors will be asked to rank their journal preferences in order.
- Poster presentations
- Poster should be designed for readability from about 10 feet away, with a short, attention-grabbing title. The content should be concise, with a word count between 300 to 800 words, clear and direct text, and effective use of bullets, numbering, and headings. Visual elements like graphics, color, and fonts should be well-chosen, and the layout should be clean and consistent. Additionally, the poster must include acknowledgments, the author’s name, and institutional affiliation
