Profile
Sahat Hutajulu completed his doctoral degree at the School of Business Management, Bandung Institute of Technology, where he was honored with the Scholastic Award as the top graduate of his program in 2021. He earned his Master’s in Management from JWC Binus Business School in 2013, supported by a scholarship from Ericsson Indonesia. Sahat completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications at Bandung Institute of Technology in 2005.
His research interests encompass technology management, entrepreneurship, innovation, strategic management, scenario planning, business automation, and public policy formulation, with a specialization in emerging technologies.
Sahat has extensive professional experience in the ICT industry, having worked in roles such as field & network engineer, solution architect, project manager, and sales engineer. He has also held leadership positions, including Head of Administration for Ericsson Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Additionally, he contributes as a Subject Matter Expert for the Ministry of Communication and Informatics in public policy formulation as well as a Mentor for the Ericsson Innovation Award.
