Students from the Master of Science in Management (MSM) program, SBM ITB, participated in the Fun Research Bootcamp in Pengalengan, Bandung Regency, last May 25-26, 2023. Under the guidance of the MSM & DSM ITB Program Director , Dr. Anggara Wisesa, they started a journey to improve their overall performance.
Dr. Wisesa believes that cultivating happiness is the most essential thing in improving one’s research ability and positively impacts academic performance. The MSM study program organizes this pioneering event to inspire students to make breakthroughs through research. The Bootcamp fosters a friendly atmosphere and encourages students to exchange valuable research experiences, unconventional ideas, and innovative insights.
During the Fun Research Bootcamp, students also participate in adrenaline-pumping rafting, thrilling ATV rides, and exciting Fun Olympic Games. This event will rekindle students’ motivation and their desire for knowledge, and strengthen their academic excellence. Dr. Wisesa stressed the importance of this event to foster a sense of unity and solidarity among MSM students.
Safira Fabilia and Reza Setiadi Shihran, MSM 2022 students, said the event was extraordinary. Their joy was evident when they started their transformative “healing” session after a full year of arduous studies at SBM-ITB. Pangalengan, the location chosen for the boot camp, provides a serene environment, which adds to the comfort and enjoyment of the participants.
Dr. Wisesa urges students to take inspiration from graduating with the esteemed MSM degree. He encourages students to persevere through the challenges and obstacles they may encounter along their academic journey.
