Profile

Dr. Yuliani Dwi Lestari is an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), and a member of the Operations and Performance Management (OPM) research group. Her work focuses on operations and supply chain management, halal value chains, halal business ecosystems, and broader sustainability-related issues.

She earned her Ph.D. and MBA in Industrial Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taiwan, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia. Before joining academia, she gained professional experience in manufacturing and consulting, particularly in operations improvement and organizational development. During her doctoral studies in Taiwan, she also had the opportunity to teach undergraduate courses as a project teacher.

Alongside her academic role, Dr. Yuliani has been involved in various studies and collaborations with industry partners, public institutions, state-owned enterprises, and universities, supporting practical and institutional initiatives through academic perspectives.
